Our season opens with a heartfelt program that explores the universal human journey through loss and mourning to healing and peace.
Featured music includes songs by Dufay, Lassus, and Morales, as well as fascinating new works for women’s voices—Lux aeterna (2022) by Sungji Hong and selections from Six Mediaeval Lyrics (2006/2010), a dramatic, virtuosic setting of passionate medieval love poetry by William Brooks.
